Pleated coffee filters: read the base as well as the model

Use the model name to open a dimensional comparison. In this collection, the first number gives the laid-flat diameter and the second gives the base diameter, both in millimetres. Review the approximate wall height alongside them before selecting a pleated basket filter.
Which measurements belong to each model?
| Model | Laid-flat diameter | Base diameter | Approximate wall height | Paper | Listed application |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 155/45 | 155 mm | 45 mm | 55 mm | 50 gsm | 155-size flat-bottom pour-over drippers; 1–2 cups |
| 185/50 | 185 mm | 50 mm | 68 mm | 50 gsm | 185-size flat-bottom pour-over drippers; 2–4 cups |
| 200/80 | 200 mm | 80 mm | 60 mm | 21 gsm | 8–12 cup domestic drip coffee makers |
| 250/110 | 250 mm | 110 mm | 70 mm | 21 gsm | 12-cup commercial batch brewers |
White and natural-brown colours are listed. No optical brightening agents are listed.
How can you review the fit?
Suggested approach: measure the basket base and side depth, record the units and compare them with the table. Inspect an opened sample in the intended basket. Keep the model and sample record together, especially when a range includes both pour-over and drip-machine formats. The stated applications are selection references; review the actual setup before approval.
Does a paper-weight choice establish a performance rating?
The published specification assigns 50 gsm to 155/45 and 185/50, and 21 gsm to 200/80 and 250/110. It does not publish a flow-rate comparison. Use the listed weight as part of the model specification and use your sample review to assess your own brewing workflow.
Which packing and evidence details need confirmation?
The reviewed basket page does not state a counted pack for every model. Include your preferred pieces per pack and packaging in the inquiry so the quotation can identify the selected presentation.
The coffee-paper documentation on the main site refers to submitted natural-brown paper. The Intertek submitted basis weight is awaiting confirmation, and no separate report is assigned to the 21 gsm basket filters. The cited brown-paper PFAS result does not cover white coffee paper. Request the relevant report before approving evidence wording.
What are the published order terms?
Stock sizes have no minimum order; custom sizes and printed packaging start from 1,000 packs. Stock lead time is approximately 10 days after deposit, with custom schedules confirmed in the quotation. Stock samples are free and the buyer pays courier charges.
Send the model, colour, pack count preference, total quantity and destination to sales@zhongjipaper.com. Add basket measurements and a sample reference when preparing the brief.
